JSC Arnest has an in-house R&D center that develops and adjusts formulae of cosmetic products and household chemicals. The center adapts customer production requirements to the company’s manufacturing capacities and guarantees confidentiality for all intellectual property shared.
A mix of active substances is made according to a formula of any complexity in the mixing department using modern equipment.
The mix of active substances is packaged into aerosol cans on production lines for aerosol products.
The company uses three kinds of propellants: hydrocarbon propellant, dimethyl ether, or compressed nitrogen. The company produces the European standard-compliant tin aerosol valves. The company also carries out pre-print preparation and adaptation of package designs to the requirements of Russian legislation.
